ZadiZadi is built for founder-managed businesses across the Global South. These terms apply to everyone who uses Zadi, wherever they operate.
Zadi is operated by Zadi Limited, a company registered in Kenya with its registered office in Nairobi. Our full registration details are being added here as our incorporation paperwork completes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zadi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zadi provides a business assistant platform that connects conversations, tasks, payments, and follow-ups across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities under your account, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply in the country where you operate, including any relevant data protection legislation.
4. Subscription and Payment
Zadi is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. All prices are in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of service messages, media captures, reports and AI analyses, which resets on your renewal date. Recording your sales, expenses and payments is not limited. If you need more in a busy month, you can buy a one-off boost, which lasts until the end of that billing period.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, where Zadi is based. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Nothing in these Terms takes away any right or protection you have under the consumer or data protection laws of the country where you operate.
