Is this complicated to use?
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Zadi. There's no dashboard to learn, no setup process, and no training required. You message Zadi like you would message anyone else, and Zadi does the rest.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The phone you already have. Zadi works entirely through WhatsApp, so there's nothing new to download or install.
Does Zadi work on Telegram?
Yes. If you would rather use Telegram than WhatsApp, link your Telegram account and Zadi works there instead, with the same commands. You run one chat app at a time, and you can switch whenever you like.
What does Zadi cost?
There is one plan, Starter: USD 29 a month, or USD 290 a year. There's no free tier and no hidden cost. The pricing page shows exactly what's included each month.
Is my information safe?
Your conversations, customer data, and business information belong to you, and we never sell them. Running Zadi means sharing some data with the providers that power it (WhatsApp, payment processors, cloud hosting and AI providers), and our support team can access your account when you ask us for help. Data is encrypted in transit, and our databases and file storage are encrypted at rest. Our Privacy Policy has the detail.
How long does it take to set up?
About five minutes. Connect your WhatsApp number, tell Zadi a bit about your business, and you're ready. Most people are up and running before their morning coffee.
What kind of businesses is Zadi for?
Zadi is for any founder who is running their business alone or with a small team. If you are the person managing customers, following up on payments, keeping track of orders, and holding everything together at the same time, Zadi was built for you. Can my customers tell they're talking to an assistant?

Yes. Zadi integrates with WhatsApp Business API, so you can keep your existing business number and all your customer conversations.
Can I add other people on my team?
